Many "DND / blocked" failures are normal. A sudden jump in "Low balance" or "Sender ID" errors means OTP login has stopped working — top up or check DLT in your Fast2SMS account.

Admins
Admins are the emails listed in firestore.rules. To add one: create the account in Firebase console → Authentication → Add user, add the email to the rules file, and run firebase deploy --only firestore.
Download your data as CSV
CSV files open in Excel and Google Sheets. Pick the period above first; "All users" and "Astrologers" always contain everyone.
